I have been using Dumonde Tech racing lubricants in my racing engine builds for nearly over 20 years.  I have been involved in countless hours of ATV and off road Motorcycle engine development, including race track and dyno testing. In all the years of development I have never found lubricants that meet the needs of high horsepower racing engines as well as the Dumonde Tech product line.

Dumonde Racing oil is the Lubricant I prefer in all our engine builds. We find we get the best results by using the Dumonde Tech break in oil in both two and four stroke builds. The break in oil gives us better ring seal, better performance and longer part life. We use the ATV-4 and the YAP 400 in our four stroke builds. This give us better clutch, transmission and engine performance.  We use LWHS transmission oil and find it improves transmission and clutch part life.  We use the DTP and L111 two stroke oils in our two stroke builds. We find they outperform other two stroke oils. Dumonde Tech also makes our favorite chain lube. In most cases we can measure a horse power increase when applying the chain lube in back to back dyno runs.

After over 30 years of engine building experience, and 20 years using Dumonde Tech oils, Dumonde Tech Racing Oils are the only lubricants I use.

I have used Dumonde Tech Racing Oils since 1989 in my own race bikes, my kids race bikes and the race bikes of numerous riders that I have sponsored over the years.  I have used Dumonde Tech  because it is the best that I have found.  I have put 100 hours on a CR125 with the same piston, ring and clutch.  I have riders that have ran the same Piston and clutch for an entire West Coast Lites Supercross series without power loss or clutch fade.

Sean Macri a local 250 B rider on a 2010 CRF250R put a whole season racing and practice on the same piston, clutch and valves over 100 hours using YAP400.  When I pulled the motor apart I was amazed at how good it looked.  The bore was round and the valves were perfect.  The clutch basket had very little wear and the clutch plates were well within spec.  When I rebuilt the engine I only replaced the piston, rings.  I put the same valves and clutch back in for another season.

Dumonde Tech BHP chain lube is second to none.  We are able to use O-ring chains on our 250 race bikes without power loss.  The Dumonde Tech BHP makes the rear wheel spin freely with less drag.  This makes our sprockets and chains last much longer.  The dirt no longer sticks to the chain and it doesn’t fling off making a mess of the side of the bike.

This is why I only use Dumonde Tech Racing Oils in all the bikes that I run and it’s the only oil I recommend at my store.  I just wish they made an air filter oil.
